Details
Our company is currently looking for an experienced Production Process Engineer PCB / SMT who has a great experience working with electronics manufacturing industry. You will be a primary link between Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Production and external manufacturing and assembly vendors.

Role:

Work on PCB assembly requirements using SolidWorks mechanical CAD software.
Generate assembly drawings, PCB assembly notes and specific information such as manufacturing labels, test requirements.
Generate Engineering Change Orders via a structured ECO process with associated drawings/data and MRP updates.
Provide input into (D/P)FMEA and PPAP.
Perform and document Process Validation.
Support MOL activities (including alternate component selection), manufacturing issues related to engineering design.
Generate and provide manufacturing feasibility plans & corresponding documentation.
Support Engineering prototype builds and transition to production.
Perform assessments on materials/components/assemblies/processes.
Commitment to schedules including highlighting risks and meeting deadlines.
Perform Safety, Hazard and Risk analysis relating to the manufacturing of products.

Requirements:

Strong communication skills, and must possess fluent English both spoken and written
An Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Degree or Technology Diploma or equivalent work experience.
A Certified SOLIDWORKS Associate (CSWA) certificate or 3 years’ work experience with Solidworks or equivalent 3D CAD tool, creating assembly models and drawings.
7+ years in an ISO 9001 electronics company involved in production/product design support, manufacturing processes. Testing and verification is desirable but not required. Experience with medical products and ISO13485 highly desired.
Experience in the use of H/W debugging tools including oscilloscopes, protocol analyzers, etc.
Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) Experience or 2 years Process Engineering Experience.
Experience using CAD tools along with an understanding of analog, digital and power circuits, PCB layout, design for safety agency, EMI/EMC and manufacturing/test.
Highly organized and able to provide well organized and detailed documentation.
Strong communication skills, and must possess fluent English both spoken and written
