Vice-President - Patient Care
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and motivated individual with strong leadership skills to push the boundaries of service excellence in an environment with multiple and competing challenges. Drawing on your visionary insight and commitment to achieve, you will provide strategic and operational leadership to Patient Care Services as a member of the senior management team. Able to identify and analyse the opportunities facing the hospital, you will action responses that promote the consistent provision of excellence in patient care and ensure that strategic initiatives are in harmony with the hospital's vision, mission and values.
In addition to the above attributes, you have a university degree in Nursing or other clinical discipline, complemented by a relevant Master's degree and a minimum of five to eight years of progressive health care experience. An innovator and change agent who is determined to consistently go above and beyond the call of duty and who never settles for the status quo will thrive in this role.
